All skill levels welcome!\n\nMust be 18 or older to participate alone – children ages 5 and up are welcome with a guardian.\nMust bring a mat.\nWear comfy clothing.\nThis session is not recommended for anyone with allergies to cats or cat dander.\nPlease arrive 10 minutes prior to start time.
