DESCRIPTION:The Jacksonville Humane Society (JHS) is partnering with Clear the Shelters and Jacksonville’s Animal Care and Protective Services (ACPS) to offer a free adoption event on August 27, 2022 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at two local PetSmart stores.\nJHS will have available pets at PetSmart located on Southside Blvd. ACPS will have available pets at PetSmart located on Monument Rd. All pets are altered, microchipped, and vaccinated prior to adoption. Additional fees such as the city rabies licensing fee, a leash and collar, or a cat carrier may apply. \nLet’s Clear the Shelters! \n
