DESCRIPTION:\nCelebrate National Read Across America Day on Thursday, March 2, 2023, at the Jacksonville Humane Society!\n\n\n\nPeople of all ages are invited to visit JHS between 12-6:30pm to read out loud to the dogs and cats. From 3-6pm only, enjoy special activities including:\n\nfree books for all participants while supplies last\nscavenger hunt\nfamily-friendly craft activities benefiting the animals at JHS\n\n\n\nDid you know reading out loud is a wonderful form of enrichment for animals in shelters?
