Jacksonville Humane Society (JHS) is once again teaming up with BISSELL Pet Foundation and Cathy Bissell to connect pets with loving homes during the Spring 2023 Empty the Shelters adoption event.

From April 30 to May 12, JHS is one of 350 shelters in 45 states that will offer reduced-cost adoption fees for all available pets! Empty the Shelters is supported by BISSELL Pet Foundation, a national animal welfare organization dedicated to ending pet homelessness, and Dogtopia, the world’s largest and fastest-growing pet services franchise.
