June 2023 Pets of the Month: Onyx + Cleo

Onyx

Meet Onyx! Onyx is a silly, loveable guy whose human friends at JHS have described him as “quirky,” “funny,” and “full of life.” He loves playing with toys and goofing around outside, and his favorite game is tug! He’s also a big fan of food enrichment items like Kongs (yum!).

Oh, and have we mentioned how smart Onyx is? He already knows “sit,” “down,” and “shake”! When he isn’t busy playing or practicing his training skills, Onyx loves a good cuddle with his favorite people.

Cleo

Meet Cleo! This beautiful calico lady is a calm, curious, and independent cat who loves hiding in boxes and adventuring atop cat trees and shelves. She likes playing with all sorts of toys, from feathers and crinkle balls to fuzzy mice and ribbon wands.

Miss Cleo can be a bit shy at first, but once she feels comfortable with you, she enjoys gentle pets, cheek rubs, and snuggles.
