Meowmaste – Chair Yoga with Cats

Have fun, donate, and help save lives!

Participate in a forty five (45) minute session with RY 500 certified instructor Beth Jordan in the company of cats looking for homes. All skill levels welcome.

• No mats needed for this. We will provide you the chair.
• Wear comfy clothing!
• This session is not recommended for anyone with allergies to cats or cat dander.
• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to start time. Class will start at 5:45 p.m. sharp.
• Registration must be completed for each individual participant.
