Whiskers & Waves Adoption Event and Festival
Enjoy a weekend of FREE adoptions at Jacksonville’s Seawalk Pavilion October 19 – 20, 2024! Come “fall” in love and adopt a new family member all while shopping and exploring local vendors and food trucks.
Dogs and cats from JHS, Jacksonville Animal Care & Protective Services, Nassau County Animal Services, and Clay County Animal Services will be present and available for adoption at the event.
All pets are altered, microchipped, and vaccinated prior to adoption. Additional fees such as the city licensing fee may apply.

- Whiskers & Waves is a free public event.
- The event is outdoors and will go on rain or shine.
- If bringing your pet, all dogs must be leashed.
