Labor Day Weekend
Celebrate Labor Day Weekend by welcoming a new best friend into your life! From Saturday, August 30 through Monday, September 1, all cat and dog adoptions are just $25 at the Jacksonville Humane Society.
Event Hours
- Saturday, August 30: 10 am – 5 pm
- Sunday, August 31: 10 am – 5 pm
- Monday, September 1: 12 pm – 4 pm
- *please note that we will close early for the Labor Day holiday

City licensing fee may apply. A leash/collar and/or cat carrier is required at the time of adoption.
