While heartworms can be a serious illness, we believe every pet deserves the chance to live a happy and healthy life. We are only able to provide this lifesaving treatment thanks to supporters like YOU! 💚

The majority of heartworm positive pets at JHS are dogs. The approximate cost of treatment is $250 per dog which can total upwards of $100,000 a year!
