This kitten season, YOU can help us keep kittens in need safe and healthy by donating kitten care items to JHS!

When kittens arrive at the shelter without their mothers, they need to be bottle-fed around the clock with Kitten Milk Replacement (or KMR) formula. Additionally, special bottles and other supplies are needed to help them grow up happy and strong.

We’ve made it easy to donate kitten care items to JHS with our Kitten Wishlist on Amazon! When you purchase an item from our wishlist it will ship right to our door and be put to use caring for baby kittens. Be sure to check “this is a gift” at checkout so we can send you a thank-you card!

You can also purchase items from our wishlist at many local pet stores. You can drop these donations off at the bins outside the JHS Adoption & Education Center any time we are open – 12pm – 7pm on weekdays, and 10am – 5pm on weekends.

Take the love one step further by joining our foster volunteer team! Foster volunteers support kittens of all ages by providing temporary care in their homes until the kittens are around eight weeks of age.
