Paw PalsCalling all compassionate kids! Have you ever wanted a pen pal? Make a shelter pet’s day and become a Paw Pal!

How to get started:

1. Use the following links to view the dogs and cats currently at the shelter:

2. Choose a dog or cat to become your Paw Pal.

3. Write a letter to your Paw Pal and mail it to JHS using the following address:

Jacksonville, FL 32216

(Make sure to begin your letter with “Dear [your Paw Pal’s name]” so that we know who it’s for! Please be sure to spell the pet’s name correctly.)

4. Be sure to include a return address on your envelope so that your Paw Pal can mail you a reply!
