Been looking for a pup to snuggle up with on the couch this winter? Marbles would love to go home with you!

Marbles is an enthusiastic pup with a heart of gold who was recently described by a foster family as “a very resilient spirit” who “will love you tremendously.”

When she’s not busy soaking up affection from her favorite people, Marbles enjoys squeaky toys, tug toys, and all sorts of treats.

Want to meet Marbles? She’s waiting for you in her suite in the JHS Adoption Center! Her adoption is sponsored.

Need a cuddle buddy for these chilly winter months? Robertta’s your gal!

Robertta is a sweet, social cat who enjoys snuggling, snacking, playing, and watching cat TV. She recently spent time in a foster home, and her foster family describe her as “a loving cat” who “likes to be petted and sit on laps.”

Want to meet Robertta? You’ll find her in her kitty condo in the JHS Adoption Center! Her adoption is sponsored.

Not ready to adopt yet? Both Marbles and Robertta are available to go home with you on a Staycation! Staycations are short-term fostering commitments that give some of our adult pets – like Marbles and Robertta – much-needed breaks from the shelter. To get started, just stop by our Adoption Center at 8464 Beach Blvd. during our hours of operation: Monday-Friday from 12-7pm and Saturday-Sunday from 10am-5pm. Let our team at the front desk know you’d like to take Marbles or Robertta home for a Staycation and they’ll guide you through the process.
